Although born and raised in the Dayton area, I began my real estate career as a Century 21 agent working in Carmel Indiana during the 1990s.  There, I had the pleasure of working with buyers, sellers and even teaming with successful home builders such as Mason Custom Home Builder. My family and I later returned to the Dayton area where I spent several years working as a successful and motivated real estate mortgage broker, marketing director and also taking some much-needed time off to care for extended family members.  Eventually, my passion and love for real estate led me back to property sales where I seek to capitalize on my knowledge of the home market, mortgage financing, government assisted programs for buyers and in-depth knowledge of the properties in and around the Dayton area.  My desire to maximize the home buyer/seller experience drives my commitment to professionalism and keeps me motivated to be observant, connected, patient and knowledgeable. I seek continuous improvement in both myself and my work which is frequently achieved through ongoing education training and personal experiances.
